Shortly after the advent of the wax recording cylinder, a group of enterprising young ploughwrights, poets and panel-beaters began a conquest to bring the finest sonic cuts to their hungry townsfolk. That historic meeting in the snug of a windswept Pennine tavern was when quill was first put to parchment and Music Cuisine began to assemble their eclectic menu.
In place of black peas and butter pie came sizzling electronica and simmering post-rock. The people turned their back on throdkins and stew & hard to get their laughing gear round something substantial. As the intoxicating fumes billowed into the sky, local mill workers downed tools and danced brazenly on the cobblestones, forming the first recorded circle pit. Music Cuisine had arrived... and they are now ready to fill your hungry bellies.
